Required Admin Manager having 4 to 5 years of experience in UAE, must have UAE driving License.
- Experience with a group of companies on the Admin position.
- Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Organize other office activities related to procurement, logistics supply chain
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations.
