Job Description

Required Admin Manager having 4 to 5 years of experience in UAE, must have UAE driving License.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience with a group of companies on the Admin position.
  • Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Organize other office activities related to procurement, logistics supply chain
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
