•Draft routine memos following guidelines of the top Management.
•Draft Letters, minutes of meetings/ Agenda, and professional correspondences, as per the requirement.
•Good coordination and strong follow up with Departments/Projects/Tasks assigned by the Management.
•Excellent email writing, prioritization of the daily routine tasks as per their importance.
Responsible to receive and record all incoming documents via mail and other communications, addressed to Company Staff / Departments / Division.
•Record and dispatch office documents as per the approved company procedures and practices.
•Schedule, record and monitor appointments, meetings and other events as advised by the Top Management
•Raise requisition for office supplies as per the need and approved company practices.
•Demonstrate proficiency in using PC, Fax, Photocopy Machine, and other Office Equipment to support documentation requirements of the organization.
•Deal with legal compliance of the organization.
•Good working experience on Microsoft Office Suite.
•Perform any other task assigned or requested by the Management.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Preference will be given to candidates with Certification/Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Experience required: 3-5 years.
