Scope of Work	Upgradation & Maintenance Of Existing Telecom Network
Highlights	Migration and upgrading of network in Al Quoz Community Area.

Scope of Work	Fixed National Launch (FNL) covers fixed consumer and enterprise service fulfilment work streams to deliver and maintain services across whole of the UAE through the existing service providers in UAE. The operation includes back office and wholesale and retail functions.
Highlights	Xad has successfully attended, escalated and troubleshot the customers’ complaints of existing VAS either remotely or at customer premises. Also handled Technology Support Desk (TSD) , Network Operation Center (NOC) and CSM.

Scope of Work	This involves provisioning, maintenance and activating a new service for either new or existing du customers (such as, activation of a fixed service for a du customer or provisioning for a du enterprise customer)

Scope of Work	Survery of 3500 du TERs and equipment auditing.
Highlights	The project needed to ensure each equipment detail used in the field and update in the system and arrange various reports.
Resources Mobilised	Survey of 3500 TERs including Micro Distribution Frame (MDF), Internal Distribution Frame (IDF), POP rooms all around Dubai in du fixed network services zones in order to make database of installed equipments details (Mac, port address etc) to have a brief view of du fixed network topology.
Achievements	Xad carried out du equipment auditing and verification project in all du areas successfully.
